报告时间:20191022日下午13:00-14:00

报告地点:上海大学宝山校区东区土木楼404室

演讲人:Mostafa Sharifzadeh

Western Australian School of Mines,Faculty of Science and Engineering, Curtin University, Australia

专家简介:

Dr Mostafa Sharifzadeh is specialized in fundamental and applied geotechnical and geomechanics engineering in resource and civil engineering. He has worked in over 30 civil, mining and energy projects in Iran, Japan, Australia and China using innovative approaches and contributed the outcome to professional development through numerous publications and invited presentations. Dr Sharifzadeh has produced over 300 publications including books, book chapters, refereed journal papers, peer-reviewed conference papers, guidelines and engineering design reports. He is a member of the committee of design methodology in International Society for Rock Mechanics (ISRM), Member of ITA deep tunnels committee, editorial board member of Tunnelling and underground space technology journal (TUST), journal of Tunnelling and underground space Engineering (TUSE), and reviewer for numerous international journals and conferences on geomechanics, tunnelling and mining. Since 2013, he working on geomechanical aspects of deep underground excavations related research at Western Australian School of Mines (WASM) - Curtin University.

报告简介:

In recent decades, underground excavations such as tunnel, cavern, and the shaft receiving significant attention. To suitably handle the underground excavation design, knowledge of design procedure/s in general and specific for each project is needed. In this presentation, a new insight into underground excavation design was introduced. The cutting edge knowledge and technologies approach to achieve design components such as site characterisation, data interpretation and reliable input data, diagnosis of behaviour mechanism/s, selection of appropriate design and construction method/s, and design update based on the ground response were applied. The introduced design procedure was successfully applied in many projects, and feedback from projects shows that the new methodology can reliably optimise the cost, time and safety by giving insight to each component of the design.
